This package contains files needed to build applications that will use
libmpeg3.

Packages

- update to 20140830_git6c02a5e.patch (fixes when uses -Werror=format-security)
- add mpeg3protos.h to pkginclude_HEADERS 
- use https://github.com/sergiomb2/libmpeg3 with all patches
- spec clean up
