GetDocumentTag	GetDocumentTag creates a reference to a Document or streams its contents to the JspWriter.
GetDocumentTagInfo	GetDocumentTagInfo
InsertDocumentTag	InsertDocumentTag inserts the tag's BodyContent into the specified CollectionClient and returns the newly generated key.
